Coolestshop.com was founded in 1999 by me, Garth Marriott. Coolestshop was founded with the purpose of offering our customers a collection of products that are on the cutting edge of style. All products are carefully selected by me for their timeless style and unique designs. Coolestshop is based in Eugene, Oregon. All orders are processed by me. All customer service inquires are processed by me. All items are photographed and placed on our website by me. I pride myself on offering the highest level of customer service available on the internet. I am human and make a mistake from time to time, but I strive to make sure that all customers, regardless of order size, are taken care of in a thorough manner. I am not happy until you are happy with your order, this is what has kept coolestshop going for all these years. 

 

In recent years there have been more and more companies offering similar products to what is offered at coolestshop, but where else can you shop and know that your order is being overseen directly by the owner themselves? Most companies are much larger and therefore you are communicating with an employee that really only cares about their paycheck and is not as concerned with your satisfaction as I am. I have 2 children and a wonderful wife that I try to support with this site so it means everything to me to assure that my customers are well taken care of.

To allow me more time to spend on sourcing product on the site and to get orders out in a timely fashion I recently  

  teamed with Amazon to make ordering SAFE and SECURE on our site. By using Amazon technology at Checkout, your order is secure and backed by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee which guarantees your purchase, the condition of the item you buy and its timely delivery. This is also a tremendous help for our international customers, who previously would have to wait sometimes a week for their orders to get verified and processed. That is a thing of the past now that I am having Amazon assist us with the payment processing of all orders. Simply, use your existing Amazon account during checkout to order products from our site. If you don't have an Amazon account, it's easy to set up. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart and create your account during the checkout process.
