SHIPPING POLICY:


Continental US:
All orders shipping to the continental United States that are over $50 are eligible for free UPS ground shipping. Those continental US orders under $50 will be charged a flat $6 shipping charge for UPS ground service.

Alaska/Puerto Rico/Hawaii:
All orders to Alaska and Puerto Rico may be subject to an additional shipping charge due to inflated shipping charges to these locations.

International Orders:
All international orders are shipped out with UPS express international 2-3 day service. No exceptions can be made to this policy. Your shipping charge will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours of your order. You can then approved or decline the charges. If you decline your card will not be charged and the order will be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY:
When returning an item purchased at coolestshop.com, please download and use this form HERE . To ensure effective service of your return, include
all original tags, labels, and packaging. The customer is responsible
for covering the cost of shipping the returned item(s), and should the
items get lost in transit the customer is responsible for the loss.
We suggest insuring any items of considerable cost. All returned
merchandise is subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee. There are no refunds on sale items, they may only be returned for store credit.
If you'd like to exchange the item you are returning for something else that we have in stock, please include a description of the item with your return slip.
